  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the Website, including but not limited to hacking, data mining, or any other unauthorized access.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
  • Prices for Products and Services are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price listed on the Website at the time you place your order.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept payment via credit card and debit card. Our payment processing is handled by Stripe, which may include the use of Link by Stripe.
  • If payment is not received in full, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5. Product & Substitution Policy

  • All floral Products are natural, and as such, their appearance, colour, and stem length may vary from the images on the Website. We guarantee our products will be of the highest quality, but you accept that variations are possible.
  • Due to seasonal availability and market fluctuations, it may be necessary to substitute certain flowers in your order. We will always substitute with flowers of equal or greater value that match the original orders style and colour scheme as closely as possible.

6. Delivery

  • We offer delivery services within a 10-mile radius of our shop (79 Kings Road, Middlesbrough, TS3 6EY). Delivery times and costs will be specified at the time of order placement.
  • Online orders must be placed by 2 PM for Next Day Delivery.
  • For Same Day Delivery, please call the shop directly to confirm stock availability.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or third-party delivery services.
  • If the intended recipient is not available to receive the delivery, we will, at our discretion, attempt to leave the product in a safe place or with a neighbour. If this is not possible, we will return the Product to our shop and leave a card notifying the recipient. A fee may apply for re-delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Flower Care

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.
  • If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
  • We will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • We guarantee our flowers are fresh at the time of delivery. Their longevity depends on the recipient’s care (e.g., trimming stems, changing the water, and keeping them away from direct heat or drafts). We are not liable for a shortened lifespan due to improper care.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or the purchase of our Products or Services.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Products or Services.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Flowers For You UK Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
